I am a textile artist creating mixed media weavings from recycled and found fabrics, threads and yarns, drawing inspiration from my childhood in Hong Kong.

Working from first hand photos and videos collected from family and friends, I pick out colours and patterns from these images, translating and reimagining them through textile weaves.

This process enables me to explore the fragmented memories of my upbringing, acting as a way of remembrance and re-embodiment through material, thread and touch.
